I have a Trados Studio Professional License L1 - 12 month subscription (renewed it in June 2022)
Since the renewal, I have been getting the same message every time I try to access Trados.
“License expired - check your firewall settings”.
Last year, though I had Trados Studio Professional License L1 - 12 month subscription, I never received any error message nor did I encounter any problem with the subscription.
Also, the IT Department of the Company I work at hasn’t made any changes to firewall settings.
Please notify us whether it would help if there are any URLs that should be white-listed in our Organization’s security mechanisms?
I would please need your kind assistance in solving this problem
