Timeout with Licence manager

Dear Trados Team,

We would like to upgrade from 2019 to 2021, but we can't reach our Licence manager - always a timeout error. Therefore I can't deactivate our licences in order to upgrade. Nina Ley should have made a support ticket yesterday, but I haven't seen any in CC. Can you help? 2019 crushes all the time with large TMs and/or MultiTerm.
