I am really disappointed. I have just bought my first Trados subscription and I did have the chance to use it. It worked on the first day, but, after I installed the app store plugins, I have not been able to reopen the Trados icon, as it keeps crashing. I have tried all the ideas in the forum, to no avail, where do I get help?
