impossible to reload "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

Question

Hi, 
 I got an error message when I tried to reset the activation key which has been valuable and I couldn't reset the activation key. 
 I got also a message to reload so I've installed the SDL studio 2022 to reload. 
 Then the page to download disappeared! with the message " The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." 
 I purchased this application on 16/07/2022. What should I do? I have many things to translate using this application now.
