Resetting license after 3 previous resets

Good morning.

I have a request to make.  Here's my case:
I need to enter my Trados Freelance 2019 license on a cloud Virtual Machine, but I've been unable to deactivate Trados license using both online and offline methods. I've also tried to reset my license, but I get a message that I've reached the limit of 3 resets in the last 12 months. As for some reason the link on the reset license page redirected me to this forum, I'd like help from somebody from RWS' support team to reset my license for me or to instruct me how to do it, because it's really import I finalize the process of moving all CAT-Tools into the Virtual Machine.
