Unable to download SDLTrados 2019 for new staff member

Question

Good Morning, 
 I'm attempting to download SDL Trados 2019 for a new staff member replacing another, and I'm having difficulty doing so. It's asking for an ADMIN Password to get to the download process. I put in my information, and it's not allowing the sign-in. 
 Can you please help? We are using the download link generated from my list of Trados accounts, and I currently have several available to disseminate.

 Please try to download it directly from this link: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2019/SR2/CUs/CU8/SDLTradosStudio2019_SR2_CU8_3007.zip 
 If it`s still asking for admin credentials you need to reach out to your IT department as this is due to your organization restrictions / setup.
