CPU upgrade

Question

I am planning to upgrade my CPU, only CPU and no other hardware changes. Do I still have to deactivating my license first?

 For Studio 2021 the license is activated based in the computer name and the Disk ID of the computer. In changing the CPU doesn`t affect this then there`s no need to deactivate the license.
