Hi, I have tried for long (meanwhile used the trial version because of lack of support/reply/assistance from SDL( tried to deactivate my license so that I can use it on this computer. The version SDL thinks I´m using is installed (and inactive since long as completely blocked) on my previous laptop and cannot be accessed as it was in virtual machine that has been accidentally become unaccessible as the removed many components such as windows in an attempt to fix lacking space on the hard disk. Nor the "deactivate offline" or "reset license" options in the account section seem to be working, since there´s no assistance I´ve tried them unsuccessfully many times. Shouldn´t be so hard for SDL staff to just deactivate my clearly unused license so that I can activate it on this computer. I need it within the next hour, otherwise I have to cancel a job request from RWS.
