I need help finding my two usage links for my SDL Trados Suite license. There may have been a mistake on my page, or I may not be able to recognize them.
I had one permission/license on a laptop the hard disk of which went out of order, so now I need to operate it on a new laptop. I have one that is already operational on another laptop.
I can't tell where these are, and how to recognize the one not currently operational to uninstall or stop and download on the new laptop.

Please try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
One is activated in year 2021 and one in 2022, hope you remember which is on the non-functional laptop. If you can`t remember you can deactivate / reactivate the license on your functional PC from Studio > Help > Product activation and the activation date will be today`s date. Then you can reset the other license as described in the above article.

I tried logging in after I clicked on the link you sent, but then I saw a message saying I wouldn't be able to log in if I didn't have a service agreement.
Question: could you see my account? I think the operational license is the one that was activated again in 2022 after my other laptop stopped working, so I would need to download Trados on this laptop and activate the license that was activated in 2021.
The problem is that I don't see the info you just posted. How come?
