Unable to deactivate Trados licence

Hello,

I am currently using SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus. I am unable to uninstall the licence on my main computer. I get the following message:

Error message in Trados Studio stating 'Deactivation failed. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance.' with an OK button.

On my RWS account, I see that only one licence is used while I am using the licence on my two computers. Could you please help?
