Hi,
I need to download an app from the Trados App Store for use with my 2015 copy of Trados Studio. However, I am unable to download the app in question. The reason seems to be that my entire history of purchasing Trados products/licenses has been wiped from my account. The licenses page states "No data You have no licenses"; so does my downloads page.
Could you please look into this and let me know how I can go about using apps in this situation, please? This is a matter of some urgency.
