Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService' could not be started.

Hi,

when starting Trados Studio 2021, I get the following error message "Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService' could not be started."

I've tried the fixes in the community but nothing.

I've also tried repairing the software., as well as uninstalling and re-installing.

I've even tried installing Trados Studio 2022, but it doesn't even start...

Could you please help me. This is a working tool, and I have deadlines to keep.
