Can someone help me please?
I bought a new computer but forgot to disable Trados online before cleaning the old one.
Now I have problems disabling it offline. The following error is appearing:
An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.
This is not the first time I've had problems with deactivating Trados. Is this common or some kind of bug?

Your license is already deactivated. The activation code is in your account, Products and Plans - Licenses.
