Can't log into MultiTerm 2021

Hi,

I am having some issues when trying to log into MultiTerm2021 Desktop.

This is the error message I get when I try to log in: "A connection to SDL MultiTerm Server unknown could not be established".

I followed these 3 instructions under this link:

Error 'A connection to SDL MultiTerm Server unknown could not be established.' when connecting to a server or file-based termbase

But it still does not work. Also desinstalled and reinstalled MultiTerm, desinstalled and reinstalled Studio, looked for Windows Updates, desactivated VPN... No way.
