I have 2 computers, a laptop which I activated on 2 July and a desktop which I activated at a later date also in July. I am trying to change laptop now, so I try to deactivate the licence and it doesn't work. It returns "null" and that's it. So I generate an offline activation, try to use it and it says "error when deactivating offline. Maybe the specific deactivation authorisation is not valid. Validate your deactivation authorisation  with the certificate you can find in your account". I tried copying and pasting in many different ways, and it's exactly the same, but it doesn't work. Resetting the licences doesn't work either and the website states that "SDL has been informed about this error". However, this has been like this for weeks.
