Hi,

Some members in our company today suddenly have the problem with accessing the license server to activate Trados Studio 2021.

When they start the application they got the error message "Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService' could not be started.".

So they deleted project.xml file in their local PC as instructed in the knowledgebase, but then they got another error massage and could not started the app.

The message they got is;

<sentinelInfo><status><statusCode>210005</statusCode><statusMessage>Cannot talk to the license server on host "...".
Server not running?</statusMessage></status> </sentinelInfo> 

or

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no"?>
<sentinelInfo><status><statusCode>210003</statusCode><statusMessage>Failed to resolve the server host "....".
Server not running?</statusMessage></status> </sentinelInfo>

This error happens when the license server application is out of date, the knowledgebase says, however, we already updated it to 17.0034 version a month ago.

How can we resolve this problem?
