Studio 2021 and 2019 concurrently?

Hello. I recently changed the PC I work with, I have a Studio 2021 licence but was always able to concurrently also run Studio 2019 based on a prior licence I had -- Now I can no longer do so, the message being: "Aktivierung fehlgeschlagen. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance. It has also become VERY cumbersome to actually find and contact a system administrators -- so I hope to soon hear back here. Deactivating the 2019 licence on the old PC is also not possible, same message. How can this be fixed? Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi Peter W. Marolt 
 You purchased an upgrade to Trados 2021 Freelance Plus, not a separate license. This means your license rights extend only upon your Trados 2021 license. Generally Trados 2019 continues to work as long as it is installed on the same computer as Trados 2021, but it is something we cannot guarantee long term. So if you made changes to your hardware, changed computers, updated your Windows, these might be some of the reasons Trados 2019 does not work anymore.
