Could you please be a bit more specific about what you are trying to do?
What do you mean by 'the app'?
Please note that Trados Studio is a software application designed to run on Windows only. It does not run natively on a Mac.
However, if you install a virtualization software such as Parallels Desktop or VMWare Fusion on your Mac, you can configure a Windows virtual machine and run Studio inside this VM.
This runs fine and many people use this approach. Be aware however that you need enough RAM on your Mac to be able to run the Windows VM in addition to your native MacOS. Studio requires your VM to have at least 8 GB RAM.
