Error when trying to reset licence

Hi,

I need to reinstall Trados on a computer, and to do that I need to reset the licence so that I can then activate it.

But when I click "Reset licence" in my list of licences on the website, I get a web page with the following message:

"An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.

Please try reloading / refreshing this page."

Could you help me?

I need to reinstall the software urgently.
