I have the same problem. Second time in 2 weeks. Last time someone had to take over my computer remotely to fix this issue. I cannot wait 48 hours, My deadline is in 4 hours. Please help.
If you don’t create your own thread for this you won’t get any help at all. We need separate thread for each case as the system is automated.
