I'm trying to install License Server Manager v17.0.134 on a server that is offline. I have tried to install .Net4.8 manually, but that didn't do any diffrence. That I thried to look in the "C:\ProgramData\Package Cache" folder, but there isn't any subfolder as menition in gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
