I red the subjet of Rodrigo Mencia and the same is happening with me. I have trados freelance plus 2022 and when try to deactivate the licenses (one in one laptop windows 10 and the othe in a computer with windows 11) it doesn work. Trados retusn "null" and nothing happens.
Please, I bought a new computer and I need to install the license in the new one.
