My Trados 2017 licence won't deactivate online. When trying to deactivate offline I get the following message after pasting the deactivation authorization and pressing Deactivate certificate: "Failed to deactivate offline. The specified deactivation authorization may not be valid. Validate your deactivation authorization against the authorization in your SDL Account."
