Prematurely expired license too! Need help ASAP

I have this Trados license "SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance". On ppening trados just now I got a message "License expired". But my license has no expiry date. I tried to reactivate it with my activation code but no results.  Can you please help me ASAP.  I cannot access my files or continue a job I am working on to a tight deadline
