Hello,
I use Trados 2019 on my laptop but Trados was recently also made available on my office PC. So I went to deactivate the license on my laptop, which didn't work but I found a workaround for that (changing the name of the file 'studio.lic'). The license on my laptop is now deactivated but I can't activate it on my office PC. I've looked in our account and the license still says 'in use'. I'm not sure how to solve this.
