I currently have an active licence for SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance, but it isn't shown in the Licenses page on my RWS account. This is relevant now because I wish to purchase the upgrade for SDL Trados Studio 2022 Freelance with the discount you sent me on email. I haven't found a single option for adding licences in the Licenses page, and the discount ends tomorrow.

Could you please tell how can I add my SDL Trados Studio 2019 (which I'm currently using) so I can opt in for the upgrade discount?

Also, I would like to change my registered email account, but I cannot do it because it says it is currently on use. I'm sure it isn't because I cannot access any accounts with my other email account. I will discontinue my current email account (contact@marcescalera.com) shortly and stop receiving messages there.
