I`ve check your account and you purchased an upgrade from Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus

In order to have the 2022 license code in your account you need to process the upgrade as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975

In your case, because you have a Freelance license, it is not necessary to deactivate the 2017 license in order to process the upgrade.

This didn’t help much. I still don’t know where to find the activation code! I assume I need to select Perpetual License and not Subscription?

I do not see my 2022 license in my account.

No, I think you have a subscription licence.  So just click on the subscription tab and sign in.  That should activate your licence.

If that doesn't work it may be we have a problem.  I have just been informed we do have a problem that our IT teams are working on right now.  So if you don't have subscription please try again in an hour.

Apparently there was a short outage on our side yesterday and for a short period of time the licenses were not visible in the RWS accounts. Please check again and try to process the upgrade.

I still can't see the licence and now I can't use Studio 2022. How do I get the licence?

In order to see your 2022 license you need to go in your RWS account (oos.sdl.com) > Products & Plans > Licenses > click on Your available upgrades > click Upgrade > click Process upgrade. After the upgrade process is finished go back to your Licenses page and you will see the 2022 license.
