Activation failed - My licence is not being accepted after having reinstalled the software

Question

Hello. 
 I have recently formatted my laptop and reinstalled the versions of Trados Studio 2021 available in the section "Products & Plans > Downloads" of my personal account (Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.10.9305). I copied my 2021 licence from the "Licences" section to activate the product, but I'm getting the following error message: 
 "Could not activate this licence. - No licences are currently available for the specified activation code." So, I'm currently running the trial version. How can I activate the product?

 I`ve checked your account and noticed that one of your licenses was activated today. Can you confirm if it`s ok now? 
 For future reference you can try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article (when both activations are "In use"): https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
