deactivation ticket

I want to deactivate my license (Trados 2019 Freelance plus) offline, as both my computers are broken. I got an error message and then I received an email with a deactivation ticket, but I do not know what to do to activate both licenses on new computers.
Error Message: An error has occured with your offline deactivation. If you continue to have problems, pls. log a support request.
