Why in Trados Studio 2022 the "Projects" folder is an XML file?

Question

I have just installed Trados Studio 2022 and the folder "Projects" is an XML file that cannot be visualized in Microsoft Edge and basically I cannot get access to all my work. 
 Could you please tell me how can I make the folder "Projects" a normal folder that I can open and use?

 Sorry I have just posted this question, but it was the first time I was using Studio 2022 and I was very confused. I have just found my folder.

 The Projects folder contains a "projects.xml" file which stores all the projects that are open in Studio 2022. 
 If you want to have the projects created in previous versions in the Projects folder for 2022 version you simply need to copy them from their current location. 
 For example: From: C:\Users\%Username%Documents\Studio 2021\Projects for 2021 to C:\Users\ %Username% Documents\Studio 2022\Projects

 The folder 'Projects' is not an XML file, it is a folder which contains all your projects and it also contains a file named 'projects.xml' which contains the list of all your projects. 
 If you want to access your 2021 projects in Studio 2022, you can either copy the contents of this folder to the corresponding 'Projects' folder in '\ Documents\Studio 2022' or open one by one the projects you need from the 2021 folder using the command 'Open project'.
