Using Trados Studio 2022, I cannot deactivate my license online although the internet is working fine. Help is very appreciated.

Hello Sorin, thank you for asking. No, the problem persists. I reinstalled Studio 2022 but that does not help either. There has never been an online deactivation problem with Studio 2021.
