Problems in disinstalling my license

Dear Sirs,

I have problems in deactivating my license (SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR 1) from the old computer.

I have also tried to deactivate the license offline, but I received an error message.

Can you help me? (On Monday I have to start a job on the new PC...)
