Hello. I have Freelance plus installed on two computers, but I have used only one.
Recently, I had disposed of my old compute with not used one and I tried to deactivate it and install again in my new computer. But I got an error message and then I received an email with a deactivation ticket, but it does not work.
I want to deactivate the one that was activated: 01-02-2016
