My license is gone

 I purchased Trados Studio 2022 upgrade and installed it on my laptop. After launching the program, I went to my RWS account to get the license code but the upgrade button doesn't work. Whenever I hit the button, I see an error message. And now the license page shows this.

Also, my purchase date seems wrong. It should say 06-Sep-2022 because I paid the bill today.
