We use our translation memories on SSD Windows Server 2019. Unfortunately, the program, SDL Trados Studio hangs. When we install the program on Windows 2012 server, it works without problems. Could you help us with this issue?

What do you mean by 'we use translation memories on SSD Windows Server 2019"? Are you storing file-based TMs on a shared folder on the server or are you using GroupShare?
What do you mean by "we install the program on Windows 2012 server," Which program did you install on the 20212 server?

We are storing a file-based TMs on a shared folder on the server. We use SDL Trados Studio 2021 Professional (Network).
When we install SDL Trados Studio on SSD Windows Server 2019, it hangs. When we install it on Windows 2012 server, it works without problems.
