Studio 2022 Upgrade missing in my account

Hi,

I just bought the upgrade from Trados Studio 2017 Freelance to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance and have successfully downloaded Trados 2022 but do not see the Studio 22022 licence in my account and do not have the activation code.
Do you know what the problem is?
