Studio 2022 missing in my account

Question

Hi, 
 I just bought the upgrade from Trados Studio 2017 Freelance to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance and have successfully downloaded Trados 2022 but do not see the Studio 22022 licence in my account and do not have the activation code. I paid by bank transfer yesterday (invoice 698212 in reference). Could you please look into this problem?

Hello Claire Sjaarda , 
 As I explain you on the live chat, the activation code will be under the licenses tab of your RWS account after the payment will arrive at the RWS bank accounts. 
 Please check your RWS account by the end of the week, and make sure you process also there the upgrade in order to have the activation code.
