Trados 2019 Failed to save the project + cannot find part of the path error message

Good morning,

I have tried to create a new project 3 times already and I get the above messages. The folder is created in the right place and the files are processed, but there is no project to upload or work with.

Help much appreciated as I have already been at it for an hour.

I have paused virus protection, onedrive and dropbox synchronisation by the way.
