Trados 2022の非アクティブ化

Question

Tradosから非アクティブ化しようとしたのですが、エラーが発生しました。オフラインで非アクティブ化という方法が示されたので、それを実行しようとしましたが、これもエラーになりました。 
 どうすればよいのでしょう。なお、ActivationやDeactivationではいつもトラブルが発生しています。
