Trados Studio 2017 lost files and activation code

Hello SDL Community, I've been using Trados Studio 2017 for a while, but recently upgraded my computer and operating system. The .exe file I had saved has corrupt files and I can't reinstall it. It asks for a "fresh copy". I don't have a fresh copy and can't find my activation code. Is there any way to download a fresh copy of Studio 2017? I wouldn't mind upgrading to a newer version, but still need to install 2017 in order to do so. In this web site, I tried "reset licence", but it reset my earlier Studio 2011 license only. Thanks!
