I returned my license to reinstall SDL Trados 2007 on my new laptop (windows 11). After installing the software on my new laptop, and running the installation process, it took forever in the step "Processing Activation Utility for Trados 2007", a step that never ended for two days now. What to do or to expect?

I see that you are trying to install 2007 on a Windows 11 machine.
I trust you can appreciate 2007 was never tested on Windows 11, as 2007 is well over 10 years old now.
