Hello, I get this error message whenever I try to download Trados Batch Anonymizer. This also happens to other apps like DeepL Translation Provider as well. I thought it's time to resolve this issue, so I am writing this question.

Question

This is the message I get when I try to download some of the app in the appstore. "error":{
 "code":"500","message":"Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Inetpub\OOS\_Apps\xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx\Sdl.Community.SDLBatchAnonymize.sdlplugin'." I think this has to do something with my computer setting, but I don't know how. I already tried adding IIS. Please provide help.

What version of Trados 2022 are you using and were are you getting the apps from as now have a Private AppStore to where you can find the downloads: (Missing Wiki Page)

Other than that, when did you start finding issues when it came to installing apps?
