How do I get an activation code for my new 2022 license?

Hi,

I upgraded Trados Studio from 2019 to 2022.

Now, I am looking for my activation code, as it does not appear in my account.

I went through the license upgrade process as indicated in my account, but when I click on Process upgrade, nothing happens

and I still cannot see my activation code.

Can you please help?
