Trados Studio 2021 - 16.2.10.9305 permanent license shown as expired

Hello,

Until last week, Trados Studio 2021 has been working smoothly, but when I opened the app yesterday, a "License expired" error popped up with an "Activate" button.

However, my activation code led to another error. Other attempts to reset the same activation code have failed. 

The same errors also occured on my second computer.

I need some help, please!
