The tag pair orientation looks wrong when translating Arabic, how to fix this

Question

Hello, When I'm translating an English-to-Arabic document, some tag pairs display in a different direction than other tags. Is this a problem with my input, or what Trados settings do I need to do? 
 Here is a screenshot of some of the examples of the errors. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

 Did you insert these tags or were they placed automatically? 
 What version of Trados Studio is this? 
 How is it affecting your target translation when you save the target?
