Help reactivating license after PC change

Hello,

I have a licence for SDL Trados Studio 2017 and I would like to use it in a new laptop which I just purchased. I deactivated the license in the old laptop and now the system does not let me reactivate it, neither in my new laptop nor in the old one...

Could you please help with this as soon as possible? I am now unable to use the software and work until this is solved...
