I have just upgraded Trados Freelance 2017 to Freelance 2022 (single-user). Although my 2022 software shows "activated", on my account's license section, it shows "unactivated." I tried "unactivate" from my software, but the message "unactivation failed" appears repeatedly . How can I solve this inconsistency between "activated" on my software and "unactivated" on my account?
