I've tried to open the SDL Trados desktop app as usual, but now, without changing anything in the PC or the Trados app, the product activation form appeared. It says my license has expired, which is surely a mistake, since I have a perpetual license. I've tried to activate it in the form using my activation code, but I've only received this error:
Activation failed. productKeyDoesNotExistForLogin
Then I went on to try first resetting and then deactivating the license in my SDL account (with the intention of activating it), but again, just an error message has shown up:
An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.
, which is what I'm doing right now.
Please let me urgently know how to proceed. I need to work.
