Hi all,
I have a problem with the Deepl plugin and with Trados 2021. When creating a project and trying to activate Deepl it doesn't accept my API anymore and then Trados breaks down completely without saving the already created project. When starting Trados I get the warning about the Deepl Plugin which I downloaded from the Trados app store. I cannot work with Trados at the moment, not even without Deepl since it always breaks down.

Halllo Lydia, after using the private app store and trying to download the plugin several times, following the app store trouble shooting instructions, the plugin finally showed up again in the app store list as well as in the project settings. It required two reboots of my laptop in approximately 10 to 15 minutes before it showed. You can cancel the support ticket, but I highly recommend to mention the necessary reboot and the required time and to sokve the issue with the error message after clicking the download. Apparently, the error message occurs even though the system downloads the app.
Thank you personally for your quick response. But RWS has to step up its functionality. Too much trouble, too little support for such an expensive tool.
