Licence on account page is not active

I recently set up Trados Studio 2022 on a new Windows 11 laptop. I deactivated it on my old WIndows 10 laptop first. I then re-activated my license on the new installation using the licence code on my RWS Account page.

A few days later, and I open up Trados Studio 2022 again, and it has me on a Trial and says no licence has been activated. Attempting to input the licence code on my RWS Account page gives me an error that "Could not activate this license. - No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code."

I cannot deactivate the license on my install because Trados Studio 2022 currently thinks it has not been activated. I cannot see what to do to proceed from here. The licence was definitely deactivated on my old Win 10 machine before I uninstalled it, and was definitely activated on the new install only a few days ago.

Any help out there please?
